Seminary Springs Mitigation Bank

The proposed Seminary Springs Mitigation Bank is located in a floodplain of the South Fork of the Saline River in Williamson County, Illinois. The SSMB is a total of 60 acres situated on a parcel of land that consists of prior converted cropland, degraded forest, and an unnamed tributary of the South Fork of the Saline River. Wetland and stream credits will be available to offset unavoidable impacts to waters of the United States. SSMB will service the Saline and Little Wabash watersheds.
